Johnson & Johnson Completes Acquisition of TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., April 4, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Lexington, Massachusetts based company specializing in the discovery of superior formulations and novel crystalline forms of drug molecules. The transaction was completed as announced on March 9, 2005.
